Mercedes-AMG Ride and Drive Competition.

 

• The prize for this competition is an exclusive 1-hour Mercedes-Benz AMG 63 track experience at Mercedes-Benz World, Brooklands Drive, Weybridge, KT13 0SL
• The promoter of this competition is Hedin Automotive London Ltd (the "Promoter"), whose registered office is Mercedes-Benz of Brooklands, Brooklands Drive, Weybridge, England, KT13 0SL
• By entering this prize draw, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
• To enter, participants must complete a test drive of an eligible vehicle at a participating showroom between 07-10 March 2025.
• Only one entry per person. 
• Entries are recorded by the Agent upon successful completion of the test drive. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that the Agent has entered them into the prize draw.
• No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw.
• Entrants must be residents of the UK, be at least 25 years of age and hold a full current and valid driving licence (including meeting the legal requirement of this licence) at the time of entry. 
• Employees of Hedin Automotive London Ltd, its group companies, their agencies and families, dealer network and anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
• All entries must be received by 23:59 on 10.03.25. 
• Entries from agents, third parties, organised groups or automatically generated by computer programs, bots or other software or hardware will not be accepted.
• The prizes will be awarded to the first valid entry, selected at random on 15.03.25 from all the valid correct entries received by the closing date. The judges’ decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
• There is no cash alternative available and the prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• The winner will be notified by email within 14 working days of the closing date via email
• The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize by return e-mail within 14 days, otherwise Hedin Automotive London Ltd reserve the right to redraw the prize.
• If the winner of the draw is unable to take up a prize for any reason, Hedin Automotive London Ltd reserves the right to award it to an alternative winner, in which case the first winner chosen will not be eligible for any share of the prize whatsoever.
• If events occur that render the promotion or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond Hedin Automotive London Ltd reasonable control it may, at its discretion, vary or amend the promotion accordingly.
• Unsuccessful entrants will not be notified.
• Any entrant and/or participant who has provided false or misleading information and/or has breached these terms and conditions will be immediately disqualified from this Competition.
• The prize may not be sold, offered for sale, used for competitions, coupled or bundled with any other product or services, or used for any commercial or promotional purposes whatsoever.
• The prize may not be claimed by a third party on behalf of the winner.
• The Hedin Automotive London Ltd does not accept any responsibility if the winner has not redeemed their prize within 6 months of the notification.
• Driving Experiences must be redeemed within 11 months from notification of win, and can only be redeemed during MB World normal opening hours.
• The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the competition at any time without notice.
