At the end of the term of this agreement, you have the following options:

Option One
- Return your vehicle to us. As long as you have made all of the payments due under this agreement and any other charges that may apply, you may decide to return the vehicle to us, with no further payments to be paid.
Option Two
- Purchase your vehicle. You will only become the owner of the vehicle once you have paid all of the payments due under this agreement and any other charges that may apply, and you decide to purchase the vehicle by paying both the Optional Purchase Payment and the Purchase Activation Fee.
Option Three
- Buy your next Mercedes-Benz. You will only become the owner of the vehicle once you have paid off all the payments due under this agreement and any other charges that may apply, and you decide to purchase the vehicle and pay both the Optional Purchase Payment and the Purchase Activation Fee. You will then own the vehicle leaving you free to buy your next vehicle.
