The contract is not effective until Mercedes-Benz has received and accepted your order, and has activated the plan for you.

Once the plan is activated, you will receive a copy of your Mercedes-Benz Service Plan Contract within 14 days from the date of your order.

The monthly and/or total amount quoted on this sales tool, already includes VAT. If you are exempt from paying VAT, please contact the Service Contracts Administration team on 0370 242 6200, and they will be happy to amend this for you.

Specific Information regarding ‘ServiceCare’

If you require a service within the first 3 months of your contract, you will need to purchase a plan with 1 more service than the number of years you are purchasing. For example, if you want to buy a 3-service plan and your first service is needed in the next 3 months, you will need to purchase a plan over a 2-year period or less. Your final service which is due to be covered by your plan, must be completed within a maximum of 6 months after the expiry date of the contract. If your vehicle has an incomplete service history, you can still take out a Service Plan once all previous service items have been completed and paid for, and the service history has been brought up to date. If you have paid for your Mercedes-Benz Service Plan upfront, any unused services can be passed onto a new owner should you sell your vehicle.
